Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note that with the increased workload on mail carriers during the holidays and the additional strain that COVID-19 has placed on mail delivery, some additional delays be occur.
We strive to ship products very quickly, so if a mistake was made on your order please contact us as quickly as possible (email@example.com) to request the cancellation prior to shipment. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our team may help facilitate a return upon delivery (please see Returns below for exceptions).
Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order. If you've made an error in your order please contact us immediately for assistance.
At CareEssentials.ca we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase by providing detailed descriptions of items on our website. We understand that circumstances vary, so we accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines.
Please contact us if a return is required. Where a return is possible, a prepaid Purolator shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate return of the item(s) to CareEssentials.ca.
We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

- - All Incontinence Products
- - Toilet Risers
- - Exercise Pedalers
- - Bedding Accessories
- - Temperature-controlled products
- - Compression Stockings
- - Support & Braces
- - Ostomy Products
- - Clearance Items
- - Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- - Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
*Not all products sold on CareEssentials.ca are manufactured by it’s parent company, Cardinal Health. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
If you would like to make a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
